Devine in Tahoe City

Its the end of December here in Tahoe... which means all the crazy tourists are flooding the streets and sledding down any hill possible.  Despite all the craziness, Jake Devine is still getting lots of creative shots.

Today me (Mike Miller), Jake Devine, & Robbie Sell went driving around the neighborhoods of Tahoe City looking for something to get down on.  We found a house that was being rebuilt from the fire last summer that burned the old one down.

Out with the old, in with the new.

It had a pretty big drop, and the run-in was a little sketchy, but Jake still handled it right.

Run-in or construction site?

Robbie.. probably making some smug yet hilarious comment about the situation.

Jake walks away with another shot for this winter...  Its not even January and Jake is almost at  half a part!

Purple Hayes

Its December 20th... 2 days deep into midwestern style filming.
Brendan Hayes rolled in after his 2 day stint at Houston airport, and was ready for action.
B Hayes in filming costume #1.
First day we checked out a pretty cool retaining wall spot for a warmup, then moved onto a kink rail that sends you barreling straight into a wall of thorns.  The run-in was almost as hectic as the landing, but B Hayes handled it like a champ.
Mark was there getting the angle in the trees.
Field of Geese, yesterday afternoon.
Today we went to handle this spot back up in some baseball fields.  There was a perfect hill into the rail... and of course with a hundred yards of hillside, some deer chose the exact run-in spot to take a dump.  Session went off without a hitch, only person we saw was an old man in a Woolrich flannel jacket who seemed to enjoy the show.
Mark, B Hayes, & Adam @ the spot.

Deer poop... does a body good.
2 days down, 6 months to go.  So far a good start for Brendan, the rest of the crew should be arriving in a few days.   Hope the snow sticks around...

December To Remember

Its the December to Remember and the men behind the scenes are hard at work at the Autumn Line offices, located in the pretentious Polo Club. Business as usual, and deals are being signed daily to get this show on the road, especially considering the snow is falling.

Adam Porter taking care of business.
Mark Wiitanen... also taking care of business.
Matt Porter... taking care of business as usual.

8 to 10 inches last night.

In rider updates... the official roster is coming to a close rapidly.... you may be surprised who we have in store for you & believe me there are some heavy hitters and some crazy up & comers on board.

Jake Devine landed first shot of the year with some rooftop action. It was almost as exciting as Matt Damon backing that Audi off the parking garage in Bourne Ultimatum... but Jake didn't cause any major damage.

The Mammoth guys have been riding the lifts, and getting their sleds geared up. Brendan Hayes has been stuck in Houston airport for 2 days, and is hoping to get out eventually.
Gabe Taylor has a Top 5 interview up on twsnow.com so check it out.

Check back often to the Autumn Line blog... email us at info@autumnline.com if you have any questions or comments.

Autumn Line Out.
